Autonomous Defense Systems

Enabling autonomy on
existing FPV interceptors.

Drop-in hardware modules that turn any FPV into an autonomous interceptor. Built for low-cost, high-volume deployment.

The Problem

Pilots can't see their targets.

40,000+
interceptors produced per month. Every one needs a pilot.
1 km 200 m
Ground sensor networks put pilots a kilometer off. They need 200 m to get a visual.
20%
kill rate per sortie at the low end, reported by the hardest-hit units. Most never see the target.
Capabilities

Beyond-visual-range sensing.
Autonomous or operator-assisted.

The module sits between the receiver and flight controller. It can guide the interceptor autonomously to a target, or surface bearing data to operators flying manually — closing the gap between cueing and visual acquisition.

Interceptor in flight
Autonomous Mode

Hands-off Intercept

The module asserts control of the flight link and guides the interceptor to the target. Vision takes over for the terminal phase.

Operator Mode

Bearing Assist

For pilots flying manually, the module surfaces target bearing beyond visual range — directly in their goggles.

System Architecture

Sits between RX and FC.

The module intercepts the control link between receiver and flight controller. In manual mode, control passes through unmodified. In autonomous mode, the module takes over guidance using onboard sensing.

Manual Mode
Module forwards control signals untouched. Operator has full authority.
Autonomous Mode
Module generates guidance commands using onboard sensing. Failsafe to passthrough on any fault.
Intercept Architecture

Three-phase intercept.

01

Cue

Target bearing, range, and altitude from C4ISR network.

02

Midcourse

Onboard sensing guides the interceptor toward the target beyond visual range.

03

Terminal

Vision-based guidance for final intercept.
